Restoring Seattle and Shoreline's largest watershed (web site under construction)
This lovely trail around Jackson Park crosses Thornton Creek and passes through a variety of landscapes crowded with invasive ivy, blackberry, laurel, and holly. Starting with a beautiful stretch of healthy woodland, were planning to rescue ivy choked trees, pull out blackberries and ivy, replant and mulch to store native vegetation, and keep this popular trail clear of hazards like brambles, branches, and leaves.
Open to the public
All ages OK
